This Privacy Policy explains how ClearRise Technologies (an S corporation based at 5635 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 170, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250) ("ClearRise," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information through clearrisetechnologies.com (the "Site") and in providing our services.

Information we collect

Information you provide on the Site

When you submit our consultation form, we collect your name, business name, business email address, website (optional), industry, a description of what you'd like to automate, any optional details you choose to share, and your consent acknowledgment.

Information collected automatically

Our web server may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security, spam prevention, and troubleshooting. Our form uses a short-lived, hashed record of IP addresses to limit abusive submissions. We do not use advertising cookies. If we enable website analytics in the future, it will load only after you accept it through a cookie notice.

Information processed for clients

When we provide services to a client, we may process business contact information about the client's prospects, such as names, job titles, business email addresses, and company details, on the client's behalf and according to the client's instructions. For AI Photo Manager clients, we also process copies of project photos that clients choose to share from a designated folder; original images remain with the client. Submitting the consultation form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as web hosting, email delivery, and workflow tools, under appropriate confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers we currently use include Zapier (workflow automation), Nango (secure account connections), Microsoft (Outlook and Microsoft 365), Stripe (payments), GoDaddy (website hosting and email), and our AI model provider.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required by law. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation, and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting info@clearrisetechnologies.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
